Millennium Kids started planting on the Butcher’s farm in Brookton when Gary was an MK member.  Gary presented his vision for the revegetation at the 2nd UNEP Environmental Conference in Eastbourne, UK in 2000. Thousands of trees were planted over the next 8 years  and in 2024 and 2025 Millennium Kids joined the family  on the farm to check out the plantings and build some bird boxes.

In 2026 we will go back and install the bird boxes with Dr Simon Cherriman from Re-cy-cology.

Join us for the day, have lunch, take a walk around the tree planting area and become part of the team that will monitor activity in the boxes over time.
