CITIZEN SCIENCE URBAN MICROCLIMATE PROJECT- VOLUNTEERS WANTED

The City of Bayswater is proud to be part of an innovative RMIT University study of the urban heat island effect in our City.

You can get involved in this innovative study by volunteering to be a Citizen Scientist. There are three heat-measurement experiments you can participate in:

Tuesday 26 February 1pm to 3pm

It’s a great way learn how to adapt to heat and build a better understanding of the influential factors (such as design features, greenery and materials) affecting the local urban microclimate.
